Inspirational Quote
Many ancient traditions teach that the Universe is benign, meaning that our outer reality is a reflection of our inner reality. If we see war in the world, it’s because there is war within us. The way to peace is not to fix it “out there”, but to heal it “within” ourselves.
The judgment, anger, fighting, and hatred we see in the world is simply a projection of the deep hurt and pain people feel within themselves. More judgment and anger cast toward others will not heal these wounds. True healing begins within each one of us individually; it starts with self-love, acceptance, and patience.
The quote below helped me to find more self-acceptance within; which in turn allows me to extend that unconditional love to others. “Peace begins with me,” and may it also begin with you.

The Ripening Apple: by Yehuda Berg
“When you take a bite of an apple that’s not ripe, perhaps even bitter, the problem isn’t with the apple; the problem is we didn’t wait for the tree to get to the place where the apple is ripe. It’s our timing that is the problem, not the apple itself, nor the tree.
This is a powerful message for us, because it makes clear that the only real problem we have is that our process is not yet complete. That means we cannot beat ourselves up because we’re angry, sad or depressed, or because we haven’t reached our goals or benchmarks.
We’re just a work in progress. We are the fruit not yet ripe for the picking. Would you cut down a tree because it gives unripe apples? No. You would be patient and have trust in the process.

This level begins deep healing that not only empowers you in your journey, but can be shared with others as well. Learn to truly love yourself and others! Reiki 2 Class: Reminder date changed to Sunday, February 12th, 11:00am – 6:00pm.
This level increases your flow of Reiki and your understanding of how energy and consciousness work at the collective level. Be ready to expand your awareness! Reiki Master Teacher: Sunday, February 26th, 11:30am – 6:00pm. Apprenticeship included with training.

Reiki Shares
Reiki Master Share: The 2nd Tuesday of the month. Next share Tuesday, February 14th, 7:00 – 9:00pm. Suggested donation: $10 for building expenses. If attending, please RSVP if possible so I can plan the space accordingly.
This Reiki Master group focuses on developing and refining our ability to channel Reiki so that more skillful levels of Reiki become available to us. We share attunements with each other to increase the strength and quality of our Reiki. This is also an opportunity to learn from each other as we explore and share our experiences with deeper energy healing techniques.
All Level Reiki Share: the 4th Tuesday of the month. Next share Tuesday, February 28th, 7:00 – 9:00pm. Suggested donation: $5 for building expenses. If attending, please RSVP if possible so I can plan the space accordingly.
We will have discussion time at the beginning and end of the evening for any questions people may have and the rest of the evening will be treatment time. This is a great opportunity to practice your own skills as well as receive a healing session to assist you in your own healing path so that you can be a clearer channel of Reiki energy.
Weekend Workshop
“Journey to Your Soul” Workshop: I am looking forward to offering this workshop again on Saturday & Sunday, March 10th & 11th, 11:00am – 4:00pm both days. Class fee: $195; includes written manual.
At times do you feel stuck in life or afraid to move forward? Have you experienced grief and loss that may still leave you feeling hopeless and alone? Are there traumas from your past that still affect you today? These are signs of “soul loss” where we feel fragmented instead of secure, loved, whole and complete.
