Reiki classes are geared toward understanding reiki from a holistic health perspective. Classes are open to all and enjoyable for anyone who wants to improve their own health and share this with others as well. If you are a health care professional you will find the classes useful in understanding reiki from an analytical perspective and how to use it in your practice.
Level 1 Reiki enables the practitioner to use reiki on self and others in close proximity. Level 2 Reiki expands on Level 1 by increasing the intensity and intuition, and learning symbols that empower physical and emotional well-being, and also add a distance healing component. The Master/Teacher is the third level for those individuals interested in continuing this healing tradition by teaching others or for some to just further increase healing intensity.
Reiki is a simple technique to learn and the ability to use reiki is not taught in the usual sense. The class day includes time for hands-on practice sessions so that class participants not only feel comfortable with what they have learned, but they will also feel refreshed and relaxed afterward!
Reiki Shares are offered on a monthly basis to support students in developing their skills and comfort level.
Reiki Level 1
This is a one day certification class introducing Level 1 of the Usui/Tibetan Reiki healing system. This level begins deep healing that not only empowers you in your own journey, but allows you to share healing with others. Learn to truly love yourself and others! Time will be given for practice session to gain comfort in working with energy. At the end of this class you will be able to administer hands on Reiki treatments to others and yourself and have a basic understanding of the energy body. Class objectives:
- Definition of Reiki Energy Healing
- History of Reiki
- Research & application in “traditional” settings
- Overview of the Chakra and Endocrine Systems
- Attunement/Initiation to perform First Degree Reiki
- Practice Self-Treatment & Reiki session on a partner
Reiki Level 2
This is a one day certification class expanding upon Reiki 1. Level 2
Reiki is more versatile and provides the use of symbols that increases your flow
of Reiki energy, provide mental/emotional healing, and empower sending healing
across both time and space. This class introduces new healing techniques and
will help you to further develop your intuitive skills. Reiki 2 will increase
your understanding on how energy and consciousness work at a collective or
non-local level. Be ready to expand your awareness! At the end of this
class you will be able to use the Level 2 Reiki symbols as well as send distant
healings. Class training manual is

Class objectives:
- Receive the Reiki Second Degree symbols and their & applications
- Attunement/Initiation to perform Second Degree Reiki
- Perform Distant Healing
- Learn & practice Gassho Meditation
- Practice intuitive techniques of sensing & working with energy
- Perform group healing
Level 2 Prerequisites: Reiki Level 1: if possible, please provide certificate.
Reiki Level 3 - Master/Teacher
This level opens another transformational doorway into the mystery of your existence! This class introduces the Master/Teacher level of the Usui/Tibetan Reiki healing system. During this class you will receive the Master attunement, learn the master symbol and 2 additional Tibetan symbols. You will also learn how to pass attunements to others and teach your own classes. An apprenticeship is part of the Master/Teacher certification. To help you gain comfort with the new energy and techniques, following the class, you will perform 20 sessions on your own as a Master Practitioner. The apprenticeship then includes returning once to each class as an assistant to further your own training in giving attunements and teaching at each level. This is to help you feel confident in your own skills before teaching them on your own.
Class objectives:
- Learn the Reiki Master symbol and its application
- Learn two additional symbols for passing Attunement
- Receive the Reiki III Attunement
- Learn how to pass Level I, II & III Attunements
- Practice giving Attunements
- Learn Aura Clearing techniques
- Work with Crystals in healing sessions
- Apprenticeship at Level I, II & Reiki Master class
Master Prerequisites: Reiki Level 1 & 2: if possible, please provide certificates.
