Fire Ceremonies
 Fire ceremonies are a way for us to set aside the personal hectic daily life and engage at a mythic level with the Divine Mystery. Fire symbolizes the energy of transmutation -- to change or alter in form, appearance, or nature and especially to a higher form. The fire ceremony is an opening for healing distinctive habits and patterns. We can use it as a means to ask Spirit to assist us in what we want to transmute or change within ourselves.
Reflect upon and bring to the fire how we can bring our lives into "balance" or "right relationship" within ourselves, with others, and all of creation. Plant the seeds of vision and inspiration in your new beginnings!
Fire ceremonies are usually held on the solstices and equinoxes. Weather permitting, the ceremonies will be held outdoors. In the event of severe weather, a candle fire ceremony will be held inside. Feel free to bring a drum or a rattle if you have one to celebrate at the fire. Bring a friend as well! See Calendar for current dates and times of events.
