 The mission of Loving Light Healing is to promote healing and balance of body, mind, and spirit; and to offer tools to empower you in your life journey. The essence of true health is inner harmony; with it comes a sense of peace, harmony, tranquility, love, balance and joy.
Everything is made of energy including our bodies and emotions. When we experience stress and/or trauma in our lives, the flow of our life force energy becomes blocked creating tension, anxiety and illness. Through energy healing techniques such as Reiki and Shamanic energy healing, we begin to heal these energy wounds/imprints thereby promoting the body's self healing ability and providing a sense of well-being and empowerment to transform and move forward in life.
Energy healing can further your personal growth wherever you may be in your life journey. It is my hope that the services at Loving Light Healing and the information provided on this site will be helpful to you on your path. And it is my intention to share with you the love, joy, and peace I have found in my life.
